Heroes premiere musings

I have only one non-spoilery thing to say: Boy, am I ever glad Heroes started so soon after the finale of The 4400, or I'd have zero to obsess about on TV.

1.  You cannot kill George Takei.  Please don't let him be dead?  Although, he looked pretty dead to me.  ::sob::
2.  I squeed a lot when David Anders appeared.  That's Kensei, for those not in the Anders fan club.  He is so the Dread Pirate Roberts.  Actually, I guess that's the Dread Samurai Roberts in this case.
3.  Mohinder and Matt: "Molly has Two Daddies."  ::sporfle::
4.  So Claire has a crush.  Wonder if she's related to him too?
5.  Hiro, as usual, has the best line of the episode: "Oh No!  I broke history!"  Please, somebody, icon that.
6.  Peter minus the Emo!Forelock of Doom.  I'm happy.

We don't know what Sulu's super power is yet. I'm holding out hope that he's alive. Hiro would be so so sad if his daddy died.

Mohinder and Parkman totally got married and had a (10 year old) baby together. Only now Parkman wants another baby but Mohinder's too busy with his career. How will these two crazy kids make it through the tough times? By holding onto each other's love.

I LOLed when Claire's new boyfriend went flying off. That Petrelli family - so incestuous. And ZOMG drunk beardy Nathan so hot.

2. David Anders! WHEEEEE!!!!! He's so awesome.
3. LOVE Mollie has Two Daddies. And as others are saying, you KNOW there's no three bedrooms in that little apartment. Heee.

Loved Heroes last night. I was a bit nervous that the second season wouldn't live up to last year but it looks like it's going to be great.

Hiro's line about changing history was hilarious! I think my favorite Hiro and David Anders moment was when Hiro had to take out his glasses to do a double take on his Kensei hero. LOL.

David Anders as Kensei is much love! He's hilarious and is almost the perfect example of how people should never meet their heroes. ^_^

Can't wait to see what happens come next week what with Claire's new crush being an "alien" and Peter found in Ireland with what seems to be no memory. :)

Oh, I completely share your nervousness about the second season -- there are a lot of shows that start off strong and then fade after the first season. ::points to Dark Angel

He was wearing it! My sister was the first one to notice the necklace while I was trying to figure out when he had a haircut. Hehehhe. And seeing as he has no memory... yes very interesting indeed. Can't wait for the flashbacks on that particular storyline.

Actually, I liked the Emo!Forelock of Doom. It was just so marvelously freakin' *anime*. XD

And boy, it wasn't just half-naked amnesiac Peter -- it was *chained up* half-naked amnesiac Peter. Dude. I bet that got a lot of people worked up.
