I've read some of lillibet's stuff, and I do like it.
I don’t like fics which have her trying to commit suicide, because for me, that is totally OOC
It would be a hell of a challenge for her, but she's up to it. I have no doubt. The one exception that proves the rule for me is entilzha's A Papier Mache Mephistopheles (http://www.whofic.com/viewstory.php?sid=10187&warning=NC-17), which is marvelous.
In general, I think Rose probably coped better with their separation than the Doctor did in S3. In my 'verse, she absolutely did. He hasn't gotten into the nitty-gritty of what happened to him while she was away, but I do intend to get into that in another (yes, another) story.
