Do they work at Torchwood, do they go travelling, do they take up normal human jobs or do they have the coral fragment and build their own TARDIS?

No coral in this 'verse. It's too easy to simply have the same life as they did before. As for the rest: yes, yes, and yes. ;)

I've got a fair number of bits that were cut from this story and I'm working on still yet more joy of Ten II/Rose for the future.
