This was a wonderful first time -- I think you found the perfect balance of awkward and instinct. It felt real enough to be hot, but not so real as to be voyeuristic.
Aside from that -- the relationship in this series is what really gets me. You seem to touch on the heartbeat of the Doctor and Rose: even when their hearts were breaking, they found ways to move each other forward and that's clearly evident here.
I really enjoyed reading this -- is there more in the series? I can understand stopping here, though I'd love to see more of them adjusting to real life, through your eyes.
