I love these little moments of reflection just as much as the smut (Though keep the smut coming, by all means). Just them, being them. I do hope the Doctor finds a bit of faith (my Christian upbringing refuses to have me believe otherwise). And yes, Jacob would worry, though he would have a pretty good idea what they were doing. Which would make Rose even more embarassed than she already is on that subject.
