Yes, they have a fantastically interesting relationship. While I don't think I can work it in here, the whole idea of the Doctor encountering Jackie after becoming involved with Rose has such comic potential.

My favorite Doctor and Jackie moment really involves Mickey, too. When Jackie meets Alt!Pete and delivers the line "there was never anybody else," both guys have the most priceless expressions of utter disbelief ... I think the Doctor rolls his eyes. If not, he THINKS about rolling his eyes.
