There's a lot of fascinating research out there on autism spectrum disorders -- including Asperger's -- and yes, I've used a lot of that for Jonah. There's one set of theories that say that some forms of autism can be caused by hypersensitivity to external stimuli, although that's certainly controversial and does not explain most cases of autism.
