I like Jackie, and I was intimidated to write her. I'm pleased with the results. She did manage to make it through early widowhood with a baby, and then she dealt with all the baggage of Rose's disappearing for a year later on. She's tough as nails and a fierce mother hen, and was, after all, the person Rose ran to when the Doctor disappeared from the beach.

Didn't mean to make you cry, though.
