I love the idea of a shield just being a bubble, and naturally the Doctor would brag about not having one.
Exactly. What self-sufficient Time Lord needs a bubble?
And shame on Rose for getting the poor child "just a little inebriated" too.
Ah, well, to her credit, she didn't plan on getting herself drunk, much less Jonah.
